Your health doesn’t exist in a vacuum — it thrives in connection. When we move, grow, and thrive as a community, our physical well-being multiplies. From shared workouts to neighborhood walks, group classes to simple acts of encouragement, every heartbeat matters — and every connection counts. Investing in community isn’t just about belonging — it’s about becoming stronger, healthier, and more resilient together. Because when we support each other, wellness becomes a way of life. Let’s build a healthier world, one connection at a time.
Homegrown in the Carolinas, I received my B.A. in Religion & Philosophy from Catawba College in Salisbury. I've been a personal trainer since 2013; certified by The National Academy of Sports Medicine. Before that I worked in medical office administration and health insurance verification. I work with all ages to make exercise fun and build better bodies. I'm connected all over Cabarrus county through The Boy Scouts, Meals-on-Wheels, YMCA, and Cabarrus County Schools. I have a passion for helping people move better, feel better, and live better!
